What research ideas could change the face of journalism? We are seeking submissions from journalism researchers to make 8-minute presentations (think mini-TED talks) on research that has potential to impact the practice of journalism in the 21st century. We aim to break through the barriers between theory and practice of journalism and to and to stimulate new ways of thinking that connect the two.

The “Research-a-thon” presentations will be held back-to-back in rapid succession on the morning of Saturday, April 5, 2014 in College Park, Md.
