Another sell-out crowd is expected for the 2014 J/i due to limitations on seating, so please take advantage of Early Bird pricing and register now to reserve a seat. Only a few of the deeply discounted student passes (which include lunches but not dinner) are still available, so don’t delay if you’re a student.
Conference Hotel: The dates are April 4-5, 2014. The conference hotel is the Marriott Inn & Conference Center adjacent to the University of Maryland (street address: 3501 University Blvd, East Hyattsville, Maryland 20783.) A discounted room rate code of $93 a night is available through the Travel page linked in the main menu above.
Refunds: Before February 28, 2014, a full refund on registration will be available to those who need to cancel, minus Eventbrite’s processing fees. From February 28 to March 21, a refund of half the registration will be given. After March 21, no refunds will be available.
